Small group
Every student gets individual attention
Small-group Primary Math classes where every child gets individual attention — and the skills to show it in exams.
The school was founded in 1985. DeepThink's Primary Math programme is designed to support Fuchun Primary School students from P1 through P6.
Lessons follow the MOE Primary Math syllabus exactly — the same topics, heuristics, and model-drawing methods your child uses at Fuchun Primary School
Small group classes so your child can ask questions, get feedback, and is never lost in the crowd
From P5 onwards, every class is structured around PSLE technique — not just content, but how to show working clearly and pick up method marks
Parents are kept in the loop on what was covered and where their child needs more practice — so you're never in the dark between sessions
Each weekly session builds directly on the last. Your child works through new concepts, revisits gaps, and practises exam-style questions — in a group small enough that the teacher actually knows them.
Every student gets individual attention
Yes. All Singapore primary schools follow the MOE Primary Math syllabus, and our P1–P6 classes are built around that curriculum — the same topics, the same model-drawing and heuristics approach, and the same exam format your child sits at Fuchun Primary School.
Parents are kept informed on what was covered and where their child should focus. We also flag any persistent gaps as soon as we spot them — not just before exams.
There's no single right answer, but earlier is generally better. Gaps in foundational topics like fractions and ratios compound as children move through primary school. A free trial class is a good way to find out where your child actually stands.
Small group classes, parents kept in the loop on progress, and a curriculum focused on the exact skills MOE examiners test — including how to structure solutions, not just whether the answer is correct.
Fuchun Primary School is a government co-educational primary school situated along Woodlands Avenue 1. It was established in 1985 to serve families in the Marsiling and Woodlands residential estates, and held its official opening on 14 August 1987. The school initially operated as a double-session institution with 1,200 pupils and 37 classrooms at its original Woodlands Centre Road site before relocating to its present campus on 18 November 2005 following upgrades under the Programme for Rebuilding and Improving Existing Schools (PRIME). It transitioned to single-session operations in 2016.
The school's educational approach centres on bilingualism, character formation, and experiential learning. Its Applied Learning Programme (ALP), titled the Future-Ready Communicators Programme, develops communication skills in English and mother tongue languages through speech, drama, and interdisciplinary projects beginning at Primary 1. The Learning for Life Programme (LLP), known as Aesthetically Responding To Shine (ARTS), provides all students from P1 to P6 with opportunities in music and the performing arts, including public performances and exhibitions. Fuchun also runs a Spatial Reasoning Programme and financial literacy initiatives that ground mathematical concepts in practical, project-based activities. The school has officers supporting students with special educational needs and runs a P1 TRANSIT programme for social and behavioural adjustment.
Primary 1 registration at Fuchun Primary School follows the Ministry of Education's centralised process. Parents use the P1 Registration Portal, accessible via Singpass, to register during the phase for which they are eligible. The phases run from Phase 1 through to Phase 2C Supplementary, with eligible phases viewable from early July each year. Results are communicated by SMS or through the portal.
In Phase 1, siblings of students currently enrolled at the school receive guaranteed admission. Children of former students may be eligible for Phase 2A or Phase 2B, depending on alumni membership status and other qualifying criteria. Phase 2C is open to all Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents without a prior connection to the school. If applications in any phase exceed available places, balloting is conducted in accordance with MOE guidelines, with priority given based on home-to-school distance — families living within 1 km receive the highest priority, followed by those within 1 to 2 km.
Parents are advised to check the MOE SchoolFinder tool or contact the school directly for the most current vacancy and balloting information for each registration cycle.
